Ski mountaineering experiences in unspoilt Nordic nature
In a group of up to six ski mountaineering adventurers, you'll enjoy an honest ski mountaineering tour spiced with pristine winter scenery and breathtaking views of Norwegian fjords and islands. The difficulty of the terrain is for intermediate to advanced participants. We choose the location for the hike according to weather conditions and snow quality.
Sailing and overnighting on a 50feet sailboat
Between the fjords and islands, the locations where your ski tour will take place, you are transported by water. The boat is also your home for four days, where you spend the night, where you eat.
Bavaria Cruiser
The ship is fully equipped for excursions and expeditions, including 4 independent heating systems, navigation equipment inside and out, a fast boat in the hanger and safety and rescue equipment for 12 people. The Bavaria Cruiser is a safe, comfortable and proven type boat with an easy to handle design. The boat is equipped with 5 cabins for overnight stays, 3 bathrooms and a lounge area for 10 people. The captain is on the boat with you and the other participants, a chef and a ski guide.

Wednesday
Welcome on board at the port of Svolvær in Norway
Meet us at the harbour in the centre of Svolvær. Here we will stay on our boat and get to know each other. Before we set sail on this first day, we will go over the itinerary,
safety information, the boat and equipment.

Thursday
Ski Touring in Austnesfjorden
After an early breakfast, we take an early morning boat trip to the shore in Austnesfjorden. Together with the guide we will assess the choice of route for this day according to the weather, snow conditions and wind.

Friday
Exploring further
After breakfast, we'll head to today's course! Today's weather, snow conditions and wind determine the destination.

Saturday
Trollheimen
We start the day in Trollfjorden! This fjord with its steep mountain slopes and remote location is only accessible by boat.

Sunday
Last skiing and see you next time
On the last morning we take a short ski tour to a small peak and in the afternoon we return home to Svolvær. We clean up and pack off the boat and finish no later than 16:00.

Experienced Skipper and local Ski Touring Guide.
Accommodation on the boat (double cabins) for 4 nights, bed linen and all cruise expenses.
Guided cross-country ski trips every day (except arrival day).
All meals on board during the trip (hot breakfast and dinner) plus packed lunches (sandwich, fruit, energy bar) during ski expeditions, non-alcoholic drinks.
Instruction, advice and practical training in boating and sailing, rental of a waterproof coat and trousers for sailing in bad weather.
